Michael Dill

On April 25th, 2011, Mr. Dill was elevated to Group Vice President–CIRCOR aerospace, responsible for CIRCOR's world-wide aerospace business. He had previously served as Vice President, Business Development & Strategy. Mr. Dill joined CIRCOR Aerospace in 2009 from Parker Hannifin where he served as Business Unit Director, Fuel and Oil System Aerospace Products. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Shaw Aero Devices, a manufacturer of fuel system components. Mr. Dill, who earned a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is an expert in lean manufacturing systems and operational excellence.

Fei Lu
Vice President, Finance, CIRCOR Aerospace
Joining CIRCOR Aerospace in 2007, Fei holds an MBA degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Law degree from College of Foreign Affairs in Beijing, China. Previously, Fei was part of the Saint Gobain Performance Plastics Corp (PPC) where he was the Division Controller as well as a number of other senior financial roles within the Saint Gobain organization.
He joined the company as Strategic Business Unit Controller for the Furon Company, which was acquired by Saint Gobain in 1999. Fei began his career at the Institute of Foreign Affairs in Beijing, China and held finance and accounting roles with ITT Corporation in Southern California.

Steve Cartolano
Vice President, Business Development & Strategy, CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group
Steve Cartolano drives the overall business development strategy for CIRCOR Aerospace. He leads the group’s sales and marketing activities, longer term business and technology development strategies, and plays a key role in supporting acquisition opportunities. He is focused on new business capture by leveraging CIRCOR’s technical capabilities to solve complex, systems-related applications for its global customer base.
Steve joined CIRCOR in 2011. In his career, he has spent over 25 years with Parker Hannifin and Honeywell Aerospace. Steve comes to CIRCOR Aerospace from Parker Hannifin Aerospace where he was Vice President of Program Execution. He is a proven leader and brings extensive experience in executing successful worldwide opportunities. His passion for growth through close, global collaboration combined with his unique combination of OEM and aftermarket experience will continue to build upon the global relationships CIRCOR Aerospace has forged. Steve lived abroad on assignments in Columbia, Argentina and São Paolo, Brazil. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Arizona State University at Tempe and is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.

Scott Kunkler
Director of Engineering, CIRCOR Aerospace
Scott joined the CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group in March of 2006. He is responsible for directing the Design Engineering teams across the Aerospace Group. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Scott has held a number of critical technical leadership roles within the Smiths Aerospace landing gear systems business. Scott has over 25 years of professional experience (19 in aerospace hydro-mechanical equipment design and test). Scott has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Gilles Genété
Group General Manager, CIRCOR Aerospace France, CIRCOR Aerospace
Gilles will have full responsibility for the implementation of CIRCOR Aerospace France's growth, productivity and factory execution strategy across CIRCOR's French and North African aerospace businesses. Based in France, he will develop an integrated business leadership model for these businesses, manage key customer relationships and ensure flawless execution of CIRCOR Aerospace France's current business and strategic initiatives.
In his career, he has spent over 20 years with Senior Aerospace, Bosal Group, TRW and Schlumberger. He brings extensive experience in change, lean, manufacturing and business leadership, resulting from his career assignments in R&D Management, Plant Management and Program / Business General Management. Gilles joins CIRCOR from Senior Aerospace, where he was the CEO of Calorstat SAS, located in Dourdan, France. Previously, he was the General Manager of FCI Automotive, and Managing Director for the Bosal Group. He earned an MSc degree in Engineering from ENSAM in Paris, and an MBA from Exec-CPA in Lille.

Anthony Sisneros
Director of Continuous Improvement, CIRCOR Aerospace
Anthony has full responsibility for CIRCOR Aerospace implementation of Lean, Six Sigma and overall change management across the North American, Asian, European and North African aerospace businesses. He drives the Strategy Deployment process and is actively engaged in the development and execution of group strategy and change efforts.
In his career, Anthony has spent over 20 years with Goodrich, Eclipse Aviation and General Electric. He brings extensive experience in change, Lean, and manufacturing and business leadership, resulting from his career assignments in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Project Management, and Operations Leadership. Anthony joins CIRCOR from Goodrich Corporation, where he was the Director of Operations for a $75M Aerospace engine component manufacturing division. Previously, he was the Director of Manufacturing Technical Services at Eclipse Aviation and held roles at General Electric as the Customer Service Manager at GE Albuquerque and a lengthy international assignment as the GE / SNECMA Manufacturing Coordinator in Villeroche, FRANCE.
Anthony holds Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of New Mexico.

Patrick Dubois
General Manager, Industria, S.A.S.
Patrick has been involved in the Aerospace industry for 28 years. He began his career at SNECMA, the French manufacturer of engines for aeronautics, first as quality manager for prototypes and pre-serial production, then as quality manager for a production center in charge of serial mechanical parts ( M53, CFM56, CF6-50/80). In the early 1980’s, he was promoted to Quality Manager and Assistant General Manager of a SNECMA subsidiary and new factory built in the middle of France. Taking advantage of this experience of both production and development, he took over the industrial responsibility at Industria, then part of the SNECMA Group, through the company SEP, a space engine manufacturer.
Patrick is part of the team leading Industria’s development in the Aerospace industry. Industria has become one of the major French and European solenoid valve manufacturers for Aerospace applications.
He has a Master’s degree of the Toulouse Aeronautical engineering school SUP’AERO.

Jean-Luc Moinier
General Manager, Bodet Aero
Jean Luc Moinier brings extensive industry experience to CIRCOR Aerospace France. Jean Luc has been onboard at Bodet Aero since 1993 and has held a number of leadership positions in Quality, Sales and Operations. Prior to that he served in the Merchant Marines. Jean Luc holds a degree in Mechanical Manufacturing.

Andrew Brandenburg
General Manager, Southern California Operations, CIRCOR Aerospace
Andrew has been a member of the CAP leadership team since 2007. He brings extensive industry and customer experience, with a proven track record of managing aerospace systems businesses and driving lean operational improvements. He managed a significant lean implementation of the landing gear product line. Prior to these roles at CIRCOR, he held the position of General Manager for an aircraft engine component manufacturing division of Pratt and Whitney - Indianapolis. Andy has held previous roles in operations, lean and general management for Pratt and Whitney in California, Texas, Mexico and Connecticut. He has a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. He is also a FAA licensed pilot.

Dan Godin

Dan Godin has full responsibility for the Ronkonkoma, New York and Dayton, Ohio manufacturing campuses and provides strategic leadership for the Aerodyne, Motor Technology and Survival Engineering product families, operations and leadership teams. He brings extensive industry
and continuous improvement experience.
Dan held previous positions at Sermatech International, where he was Vice President of Continuous Improvement / General Manager for Operations for highly engineered aircraft engine components,
and spent over 20 years with United Technologies Corporation, including assignments at Carrier and
Pratt & Whitney.

Tony Grant
Global Transitions Leader
Tony joined the CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group in 2008 as the Global Transitions Leader. He is responsible for strategically evaluating and executing major and complex transition projects ranging from Acquisition Integrations, Factory Repositioning and Strategic Sourcing initiatives involving emerging markets.
He has over 15 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry. Prior to joining CIRCOR Aerospace, Tony held leadership roles with Honeywell International and United Technologies Corporation in Manufacturing Operation, Repositioning, Business Management and Program Management in Connecticut, North Carolina, Arizona and the People’s Republic of China.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC and an MBA from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. He is also Six Sigma certified.

Sara Kruse
Director of Human Resources
Sara has full responsibility for the implementation of improved human resources processes and service across the CIRCOR Aerospace North American, Asian, European and North African businesses. She oversees site level staff and change initiatives, drives the annual Talent Management process and is actively engaged in the development and execution of group strategy and change efforts.
Talent management and development are a critical foundation for the CIRCOR Business System. She also represents the aerospace business unit within the CIRCOR International Council for Human Resources.
In her career, Sara has spent over 20 years with Goodrich, Parker and Eaton. She brings extensive experience in HR process and systems, talent acquisition, change management, and business partnership from her career assignments in the U.S. and Mexico.

Pritesh Patel
Director of Information Technology
Pritesh has full responsibility for implementation of Information System processes, infrastructure and improvements, and overall IT management across the North American, Asian, European and North African aerospace businesses. He oversees site level staff and change initiatives, partners with Continuous Improvement personnel and programs, driving the annual Strategy Deployment process. Pritesh is actively engaged in the development and execution of group technology strategy and change efforts.
Pritesh joined CIRCOR Aerospace from OK International, Inc., where he was the Director of Information Technology for a soldering tools and equipment manufacturer in Dover Corporation’s $1.4B electronic technology division. In his career, Pritesh has spent over 15 years in the IT sector with OK International, Timken Corporation and Boeing. Pritesh has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
