CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group Announces the Creation of CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc.

Corona, California, January 15, 2008: The CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group is pleased to announce the creation of CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc. which will combine the previously independent Circle Seal Controls® and Loud Engineering & Manufacturing® businesses. The entire CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc. business will be located at the Corona, California campus currently occupied by Circle Seal Controls. The consolidation is scheduled to be completed by mid-2008.

CIRCOR Aerospace Products consists of CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc., Corona, California, Aerodyne Controls, Inc., Ronkonkoma, NY, and Industria, S.A.S., Paris, France. CIRCOR Aerospace Products is focused on providing highly engineered fluidic control and actuation systems for the commercial aerospace and defense markets.
