Miriam brings extensive experience in human resources, including organizational development, employee relations, staffing, compensation and training. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Summa Industries in Southern California, overseeing a staff of human resources professionals across multiple locations. She has also held a number of key human resources and management roles within Summa Industries, Case Swayne and Wasatch Education Systems.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language Secondary Education from the Arizona State University and has completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Design at Claremont Graduate University. Miriam has also achieved a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
