Summary

CIRCOR Aerospace was created in 2008, combining the Circle Seal and Loud Engineering brands. The company consists of two divisions: Fluid Controls division (formerly Circle Seal Controls) and Actuation/Landing Gears division (formerly Loud Engineering). CIRCOR Aerospace is ISO 9000:2000 and Boeing AS9100 certified.

The Fluid Controls division specializes in highly reliable and custom fluid control components for the aerospace industry. The Circle Seal product family includes check, relief, hand, solenoid, and motor-operated valves as well as pressure gauges, regulators, manifolds, and fill and drain valves. These product lines consist of custom and catalog ranges of devices, which are found on nearly every aircraft, military vessel, and space vehicle in operation today.

The Actuation/Landing Gears division is a leading designer and manufacturer of landing gear systems and related components for military helicopters and jets. In addition to its capabilities as an integrated designer and manufacture of aircraft landing gear systems, Loud also designs and manufactures power steering components and systems, struts, solenoids and actuators for aircraft application and provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for fixed and rotor-wing aircraft. Loud specializes in landing gear systems for both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including the CH-47 and CH-46 military helicopters as well as nose wheel steering actuators and brake cylinder assemblies for the F-16 fighter aircraft.
